Access to newspaper editor

Hello there, Thank you for the opportunity to express my view. At the moment I am actually quite fed up with a certain newspaper, namely The Citizen. I buy this paper almost on a regular basis, because I always thought it was worth reading it. Now I am not so sure anymore, reason being, this afternoon I wasted plus/minus a mighty three (3) hours on making about eight phone calls for nothing , not to mention time that could have been used on something much more useful, and still did not get what I wanted!! I spoke to five different people, to no avail. The Editor whom I wanted to speak to in person was obviously not available, probably never will be, would not surprise me!!! The first lady I spoke to said she would put me through to his P.A., phone rings for ever and then I get cut off, how wonderful. I phone again and phone just rings. Then I phone another number, lady answers, but now I am already '****ed off' excuse my beautiful french!! I asked her how does The Citizen actually run its paper, when nobody answers the phone, do you really think the Editor would be happy if he gets to know about this. No, of course not,she said, what is your number and name and I will get back to you, what do you think, did she get back to me, but of course not! I have a very 'short fuse' unfortunately, because that to me is just not acceptable but I said to myself lets not be hasty and give it another try. I phoned another few numbers, spoke to another three ladies, not my lucky day today, but the last lady, she could not help me , but she tried her utmost best and was very nice (had the longest conversation with her), she enquired and phoned me back and referred me to a Michelle and said that she would help me, I immediately phoned that number but no answer. That is when I said 'enough is enough' no more buying nor reading The Citizen, this paper is not worth my money nor my time reading it!!! How disappointing, because I was really looking forward to have a letter published as soon as possible, which I put onto paper and wanted to speak to the Editor about it. Well it was not to be.
