Unsolicited calls and messages.

Despite numerous attempts to remove my name from their database they continue to harass me with unsolicited calls and messages. I don't know where/how they obtained my name and telephone number but it was without my consent. I hereby formally request them to remove my details from their database and to cease and desist from contacting me again. Failure to do so will lead to legal steps. It is unfortunate that it has come to this but I have asked repeatedly and they fail to take action.
