The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in South Africa ********* behavior

I was contacted to submit a quotation for the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in South Africa, in Heuwelsig, Bloemfontein to sand down their existing palisade fence and re-paint their fence.

They came back to me and said that my quotation has been accepted and that I must start immediately.

On my quotation it clearly states that I require a 60% deposit, before work will commence.

Upon my submission of my advance payment invoice for the deposit, they said that they do not pay deposits.

they said that I must start so long and after I have been busy a week or so, they can pay the deposit.

Next they told me that we must negotiate the deposit matter.

Next thing I receive a message that the project has been canceled due to budget constraints.

I accepted that the project will no longer go ahead, only to see a week later that the palisade fence has been re-painted.

This ********* and sly actions are totally unacceptable, especially from a Church.

I would like to warn all contractors and Handymen to be cautious of such actions when being approached by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in South Africa.
