THE CHRISTMAS CO, SOUTH AFRICA
The Christmas Co - Online South Africa. The WORST customer service that I have ever had. I was sent 4 ****** bread houses with a misleading statement saying a free "Reindeer Christmas Sack" would be delivered with the 4. This did not happen. When an email was sent an answer was received saying sorry, would be dispatched in a couple of days. Still waiting 2 weeks later and now my 3 more emails are being ignored. UNBELIEVABLE SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Absolutely shocking! Worst service ever!
The Christmas Co - 39 Jack Martens Drive, Westville 3611 Durban, South Africa. The WORST customer service that I have ever had. I was sent two Nutcrackers with paint flaws and I have sent multiple emails to customer service and left multiple messages and ZERO response. Absolutely shocking! Worst service ever!
