Pathetic service/NO DELIVERY!

Ordered and paid for our goods on the 27th of October after we were told our goods will arrive after 15-20 days ,,,then later change to 30 days, always and forever have some kind of excuse why goods are not dispatched. Or email is down how pathetic is that? clearly so she cant take criticism because I rated her bad service on her Facebook page yesterday and didn't get a response from her, rather I was blocked. In my opinion she should refund all her clients waiting for goods from her and close her doors because clearly she has no business sense nor does she have any clue how to deal with her customers.
