Chapel Luxury Apartments

A booking was made via the booking.com website to stay at the Chapel Luxury Apartments from Oct 7th to 11th, 2024. On arrival, they were not aware of our booking. They informed us that they no longer advertised with booking.com and taking bookings privately. An agreement was made that we could stay from the 7th to 9th October 2024 (upon sending proof of payment) because they have another party booked for the rest of the dates. The booking agent agreed to refund us for the dates not occupied by us. To date this has not occurred, even after many phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails. Truly disappointed with the service we received. Also, the pictures advertised is not a true reflection of the poor state that the accommodation really is in.
