Terrible Service from Owner

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint against The Champagne Society who did a photo shoot for us but never delivered the photos for the family shoot we purchased.</p> <p>I bought the voucher from groupon and the MD of this company Lane Coertze did the shoot with us on the 11th of November 2016 and promised to deliver the disc to us in 2 weeks. After a couple of months I then followed up with her on the 3rd of Feb 2017 if she still needed more time to deliver the photos but she did not respond.
