Bad customer service

Got here took us 20mins to get a waiter,when we did we ordered drinks it took us 1 hour to get the drink and the came wrong x3...and we had to go get them ourselves,asked for the manager,he was so rude,arrived and said what do you want" as I was trying to explain to him he said"do you want to change these drinks or what"?no apology, shouted called me crazy,did not even solve my problem,this establishment lack hospitality conduct waiters are not well trained, can't greet,just arrive and say what do you want?started shouting you are crazy By far the worst manager I've seen in my whole life
