********* BUSINESS! Be very careful when dealing with The Cell Store at Loftus I was fortunate enough not to loose any money due to vigilant questioning.

I lastly dealt with Kate on 24 May 2019 trying to buy a Dell XPS 13. The request the day before was to keep the Dell aside to be viewed in the morning. When phoning up this morning to confirm the arrangement I kept getting conflicting stories.... this made me very concerned.

Finally Kate committed to assist me and found another Dell with the same spec seeing the other XPS was sold overnight.... sad, but true. When asking for the price and Service TAG for this "replacement" Dell, all of a sudden this is not available right now. Eventually received a call-back from Kate stating that I am wrong and confused and but they have a lower spec Dell available.

In Conclusion, an ********* business operates here. All these conversations was recorded, and are available to help prevent similar ********** Sales.

My Recommendation.... Rather spend your hard earned money at an Alternative Store with better business values.
