Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! Emails are never answered, and when they happen to answer the phone you have to beg for them to actually do their job and give you the information you ask for, which they insist they will give you on email... which they don't do.

When we eventually got the information we needed and payed for the product, we had to call them and follow up on what was going on because they didn't acknowledge the payment and hadn't even put the delivery through until we had to call them and ask them to!

I had used the cell store before without a problem, but this experience has completely put me off.
