Poor service from cell c

Well I upgraded my phone with cell c store at festival mall December 2019 December. It gave me problems March 2020 I took it back May 2020 due to covid19. So when I call them they tell me that the people from the insurance haven't booked it in . When I call after a week they tell me the courier people haven't fetched it yet still at the store. It's now june I'm still waiting. Their service is horrible. I regret why I renewed my contract with them. Been a loyal customer since 2014 ND this is a service I get? I am very dissapointed in them and the management. Seems like they don't care about their customers all they after is our money. I wish they was something I could do.but it is unfortunate I have to wait for them and still pay for the servics I don't even receive.
