No help fom Cell C on ****** phone

We took out a contrac in June 2020 on a cellphine A30S samsung. When my wife apply the salesman ask if she wants insurrance on the phone she said yes and sign all the papers work on his computer he show insurance. All the papers she sign was insurance on. We had a break in on about 6 December at our house in Toti while we were sleeping they took my phone A30S sumsung , my wifes phone and our lap top. We got a case number. As normal we went to the store and report the phone was ****** and we show the case number. The store manager look on the computer and told us there are no insurance on the phone . They need to get papers from head office to see if there is an insurance . The manager promise she will get back to us. We keep on ask if the paper did arrive they said they have a tracking number it is on the way. That is how it keep going on with no luck. We went there every month. The same answer was given to us. From December 2020 till now October 2021. Now it is November 2021 and still no answer there ia a new manager now and her words is they wait for head office. That salesman never load insurance or safe it on the computer. CELL C Galaria just make promisses and never phone ua with any feed back. We report the phone was ****** in December 2020 and they block it only I speak under correction February ,March 2021. We still pay every month for a phone we dont have and I must get a new card that I must pay for the data to be use. That said I loose all that data and cant help me there. I had to buy a new cheap phone for my work and that cheap phone also pack up and it cost me money to buy other phones while I have a contrac with Cell C and no phone. Please can you help it is almost a year niw and the same answers is given to us no solutions.
