I'm not please with the service I got from the manager at the The Gen mall cell c store. However it took me 2 months to get my contract phone that I pay monthly installment for it. What irritates me is the gave me a call to come fetch my contract phone when I get there another story accured that another customer took my phone how so I don't understand n I don't see that as my problem. I asked the guy who works at the front desk to call the manager for me he did that he called the manager for me the name of the sore manager is Byron that guy his very rude in a way that he didn't even want to intertain or hear our story he was less interested I'm not sure if because we black I don't know but by the look of things he is resist. When I asked him to explain to me on how my phone can be given to someone else and you phoned me to come collect it. He said to me the is nothing that he can do I just hv to wait for him to call the customer who took my phone n bring it back like WOW what is that coming from the whole big manager. I was expecting him to come up with a solution not giving me a problem he didn't even assured me that he will fix the problem instate he was fighting with me even his staff saw and heard him that he didn't talk to me in a professional way. I was called by a guy his name is Mfundo and he apologized on behalf of the manager because he felt that he didn't approach us in a good manner. I don't think I will recommend anyone to use The Glen Cell C Store or mybe Cell C at all.
