Hi I would like to make a complain regarding cell c store as it's claiming my identity of myself owes them instalment of cash for the phone I don't know anything about , which in 2017 I lost my particulars such as ID , Cards and many more.

Now I have found myself in the line of being punished for the sins I haven't commit which lies as my name being blacklisted on the organization to say I'm responsible for such contravese that I know nothing about.

May I please be assisted with removal of my name it disruptive that is tarnish my name in every company trying to apply for better opportunities. As I have I tried speaking with the organization in trying to get matter resolved in how does it become that I'm in such contravese of owe them money without taking their products under my own will, as ********** did occur under my name however they told me the matter it's handed ova to the lawyers with no investigation being conducted to proof my Innocence.
