Once again I have not been contacted. I have sent Thabisile Ngcobo so many follow up emails and she/he still has not responded to any of my emails.

I submitted my documents at the Carlswald store and still again, I am waiting.

This is probably my 3rd/4th review about the damn thing and still nothing has happened.

How does Cell C not take this seriously?

This is *****! I DID not authorize any contracts with Cell C.

Can someone who has been in a similar situation help me in what steps to take, since Cell C does not care about others before they ruin my credit score.

Cell C has blocked me from writing my reviews hence I've selected "the cell store".
