Bad service and rotten deals

I went into cell c to take up a contract. The consultant told me that I have to take up a 24 month contract in order to add the galaxy watch to the contract. Less that a month later the exact same package (less the data and minutes) was available for half the price. I went back to downgrade but it would cost me more than my usual installment. Understandable... however I cannot get a 36 month contract for no logical reason. So essentially I would only be saving R200. What makes me more furious is that the consultant was on the phone while I was trying to get information. Cell c itself sells things at ridiculous prices and makes it like there's no other options for you. What's even worse when confirming some of my details they had put in false information such as how much I earn... I was shocked to see that the data captured was incorrect by so much that you can't even blame in on finger errors. The sad thing is that it's not even like I'm trying to not pay for a service, I just want a fair deal .
