Late delivery.

I ordered a wris****ch from casio last week with the hope of getting it 2days later according to their terms. After tracking the order, i found out it was sent to capetown and i called them immediately, i was promised i would get it last friday but i didnt. Today, someone called me and said they cannot deliver to me today and knowing fully well, there is holiday tomorrow, i will still not receive my order. I called the casio store back and i was told they will call me back, its over 2hours now, i havent received any call. I tried calling back and ive been barred from calling that line. Please, refund my money, i am not interested in transacting with a company that cannot keep to thejr words and treat customers poorly.
