I paid R70200 for the HP toner cartridges, x40 HP Cartridges 8 of each colour for HP 415a and 2 of each colour for HP207, unaware that they were non-OEM and faulty, and only found out when my client tested them, and now the company's owner, Mr Atkins Ncube, with contact number ***, refuses to issue my refund. I tried numerous times to contact him. He does not answer his normal or WhatsApp calls. On Saturday, the 6th December 2025, he texted me via WhatsApp and told me that he had a problem with the police yesterday, and he is waiting for his brother to come and bail him out; he won't have a phone for long. On Sunday and Monday, the 7th and 8th December 2025, I called and WhatsApp him, but no reply and no answer. I then told him that I am going to open a case against him, and yet no reply from him.
