Bad workmanship

Mark Barry. The Carport Place ***/***<br> Mark installed our carport PROBLEMS: no supervision. The flashing was put up incorrectly and is not the right one. It should have been extended till the second tile batten for it to be effective. The IBR roof has been cut to short at the gutter side and now water drips back onto the wood beam. The valley flashing has been damaged when they removed tiles to place the flashing he provided and is now leaking. Several times I mentioned that the flashing is too narrow and should be shaped around the sheets to it seal properly. The gutter is placed on the straight side, running the wrong way and water is standing in it, it is supposed to ****with a slight slope towards the down-pipes. Several tiles have been broken which we replaced the first time with stock that we had and now several more tiles have been broken again. Beams bolted not sufficiently therefor it start to bent. Beams cut short and badly,visit my site on appointment. Call me - *** Sarie van Zyl
