The WORST car buying experience EVER !!!
<p>Not only did the vehicle I bought show extensive mechanical failure within 24 hours ( oil leak and smoking) the dealer also has total disregard for the Consumer Protection Act by refusing to immediately cancel the transaction. Although the dealer is also RMI accredited not even they could get him to act within the law. 90 days later and still no outcome !! Stay Away !!</p>
It has been more that a year and still The Car Warehouse refuse to refund my R 20 000.00 deposit which I paid for a vehicle that they knew had inherent engine problems. Within 24 hours after I bought the vehicle it emitted smoke and leaked oil. Engineer report showed damage to the engine of more than R 80 000.00. I had to take legal action against The Car Warehouse to try and get my deposit back. The nightmare still continues.... NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THE CAR WAREHOUSE !!
