Paid Deposit, NO DELIVERY

<p> </p> <p>Last week. I bought a BMW 320i M sport coupe 2012 model under the dealership called "The Carshop" in 19 queen str, Cambidge, east london. I sent in all required documents for Rent to Own, signed the contract and paid the deposit sent the proof of payment. And was confirmed by the sales manager Chris Nolan.<br />The car was scheduled for delivery on the 26th April. I was then called by the courier truck driver by the name of George ( ********** and ********** ) confirming my address in Pretoria. He later called to say he is delayed by another client in bloemfontein as they are waiting for him offload his vehicle. On the following morning, Chris (sales manager) ********** 010 called and says the truck broke down and they need to hire another truck and thus require R2000 from all clients to cover the distance as the last 2 cars are delivered in limpopo. Since its a holiday he could not access the dealership and we shall be refunded on saturday hence they dont work on the friday.</p> <p>I didnt have the money then later was told to alteast assist with R500. Which i did. After that, They keep telling me stories about the new delivery. On saturday i was told they are 1h30min away, and i should not move.</p> <p>From there. No calls are answered from both parties. Sms's ignored, even whatsapp msgs.</p> <p>WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IGNORES THEIR CLIENTS AFTER RECIEVING MONEY????</p> <p>CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST IN THIS REGARD!</p>
