Return Job

<p>On Monday the 15th May 2017. My car was booked in for oil service and installation of Power Steering Pump and pipe. The gentleman by the name of Charl did an excellent job in ordering my parts from Germany. He was so professional in dealing with me and because of his attitude I decided to drive more than 200 kms to come to Union Motors. However ,on Friday while I was driving ,the power steering pump just went off and the car became hard to drive. I called Charl over the weekend as I was in Newcastle and he advised me to book the car again on Monday. I arrived here at 07H08 . The service manager did not want to take my car as she said is not booked. I am so dissapointed because this is a return job. I did not go to work because of this poor service and I paid a lot of money for a brand new power steering Pump that only worked for 3 days. Not even to mention fuel that was not budgeted for . I need a serious redress on this matter.</p>
