BAD WORKMASHIP
Good Afternoon Hello Peter In November 2019 a Nissan specialist ***en) when he visited my parent's place to examine their car Toyota Camry 300sei to find out why was it using too much petrol. He concluded that it had a problem with injectors. He advised me to take it to his workshop for further diagnosis of which I did. He asked me to leave the car at his workshop of which I did that. Surprisingly he was not updating me, I was the one who kept on following up weekly to hear the final findings. The problem were injectors according to his diagnosis. On the 26th of December 2019 he said he need to order injectors with the total amount of R5500 of which he allowed me to pay an amount of R2500 to start the job and order the parts. On the 02nd of January 2020 I paid the whole amount of R5500 to his account. I kept on following up weekly, up until now nothing has happened. On the 15th of March 2020 he said there's nothing that he can do b due to Corona virus and I must be assured that the is safe on his workshop. On the 4th of May 2020 by the time we're moving from level 5 to level 4 of the lockdown I went to his workshop to find out how far he is with my car, only to find the car with no wheels, broken windows, jacked up with stones and with dents everywhere. He never notified me that the car was vandalised. Sine then he doesn't want to speak to me and when I visited him with the police we found his brother and he was violent to us. The car was drivable when I took it to Owen's workshop but now some other parts are missing and broken. I took the car because I'm concerned about the further vandalism and safety of it. He said he is going to my money two weeks of which he didn't. He also said he will see what he is going to do to meet me halfway with the damages of the car but now he is soo arrogant to me and does not want to speak to me. His contact numbers are ***/ ***.
