Worst service

I have bought a car from car guys Durban. I'm residing at the lower coast of Durban. I was informed that the number plates and license disc will be send to me. I was charged a delivery fee but apon approval car guys informed me they cannot deliver therefore I had to pick up the vehicle which I did. After lockdown I contact car guys wanting info on my license plates and disc because now my temporary license already expired. They told me they will send me the documents and I can just pick it up. Upon receiving the documents they registered the vehicle on my name and changed the story implying it is my responsibility to license the vehicle myself. I told them that delivery includes license and registration. The agent told me that they have done their part by registering the car now I have to do my part.
