Judgement against my name due to there error

2013 we sold our vehicle to a gentleman and gave my company bank details, and he sold the same vehicle to a different gentleman, through The Car Finance Company (PTY) Ltd.<br> Weeks after that we got a phone call that they paid the amount of R62,000.00 into the incorrect account. we unfortunately used that money thinking that it was tax money due to us, we are owners of a company, We have tried to make arrangements but they where not happy with the amount that WE could afford, there after we heard nothing of them, they then eventually phoned us in 2014 , we never went to court to explained our side of the story, a clerk of the civil court arrived and started righting up all our goods, We are now paying them a amount of R5000-00 pm and we are battling every month due to there error, my question is how did MY bank details get on the forms and what happened to the person that made this error that works at The Car Finance Company. They blacklisted my company and 2 other people. Due to there error I have a bad credit record and is battling every month, some months I cant even pay all my accounts. I have already paid R30,000.00 back and still owing R32,000.00. They killing me.<br> <br> Regards
