Rude & ********** Service At The Car Company in Bloemfontein

<p>I placed a complaint about one of the dealer that advertises on the cars website, named The Car Company in Bloemfontein. I saw their ad on your site and then contact them . Then i managed to Buy a Hyundai i20 from them last year in October. When i took the vehicle from them it had a cracked light at the back but the sales person said he will fix it . Because the car had to go to Pretoria , he gave me the contact person to talk to at Maroons where he said he had paid for the light. This was last year in November. I kept following up with Him Jaco Rademeyer. He kept on promising to fix it as we went to the place and no one knew about this light and there was no payment received. ALso the Shade cover was broken and he said I must bring it in so he can get me a new one and i did so and gave it to him . Now he claims he hasnt seen it , that I didnt bring it, and started chasing me out of the store and also said he changed his mind as he was not going to pay for the light anymore meaning he didnt pay for it in the beginning. I spoke to the owner Francois and he laughed at me saying I didnt buy that car from Him .</p> <p>They were both very rude to me and now i am stuck with a car that doesnt have a drivers shade cover , i asked that they atleast give it back since they cant fix it and he said i am taking chances with him</p>
