non payment of vehicle service.

I bought a car from above mentioned dealer. Vehicle is being financed by MFC. According the contract the vehicle must have a service record for warranty. The vehicle also did not had a jack and wheel spanner. Mike arranged a service at ladybrand Midas and also arranged that a jack and wheel spanner be included to the service. The service was done and now the car company don't want to settle the account at Midas ladybrand. Midas is now holding me responsible for the account. Mike also now say that the previous owner must settle the account. I did not bought the car from the previous owner but from the car company bloemfontein.
