Lousy service

After checking in, The lady in front Desk didn’t reside she gave us a wrong room, so as courtesy I called and made her aware, so instead of treating the matter as priority she gave me some lousy attitude and made us wait and I hade to call 2 more times and still no luck. I always make use of the Capital group of hotel/apartments and I have never experienced such a lousy and disgusting service thus far. I traveled a long distance and I am tired I don’t expect this at all... the lady’s name is Lelo
