Horrible treatment

Booked a 2bedroom apartment for 4nignts .Only spent a night coz the low standard apartment we were given .Before leaving we were promised that we will be credited for the 3 days we ddnt stay!We still waiting for them to respond to at least an email!The gentlemen we spoke to still giving us the run around (Karabo)..What a waste of our hard earned money!!!
