The guy, young as he is, has a clear understanding of customer service!!! I am not a difficult customer but I pay attention to small things especially when I'm going to pay for something. Tshepang and his team (Bongani and Brian I believe who helped with connectivity and serving me snacks, not forgetting Zanele at the restaurant) made my experience using their meeting rooms so pleasant I even forgot they are charging me for it. I felt like a VIP guest, Tshepang has a way of making you feel like you are the only client he has even on days when there were many other people filling up the rest of the meeting rooms!

I hope the management of The Capital Empire in Sandton know just what a gem they have in this particular Banqueting Manager. I didn't know the guy from a bar of soap before using their facility for the first time last week, but the first experience made me book my next two engagements there as well and the consistency in the service, my goodness!!!!

Thank you guys, keep up the outstanding work. I for one fell completely in love with the way you treated me as an unknown client. You treated me like a big brand and for that I'm grateful and will be recommending you to all my networks!
