Lost my stuff at the hotel

I am lost for words. Bought a phone P8 lite and some colognes.. My stuff was ****** at a place that I believed was driven with values and Ethics.. When I called on Saturday to ask, someone said I should leave my number but they didn't call until I called back. Pathetic service. Definitely not going back there
