Employee with a drinking problem

I normally stay with The Capital On Bath hotel and it came as a serious disappointment and concern to me when I had yet ANOTHER drunken encounter with one of the Receptionist - Lwethu.

I stayed at the hotel this weekend and when I checking in on Saturday, I could smell the alcohol all the way from the the other side of the counter, I'm not sure if she came to work drunk already or she was drinking on the job.

The reason why this comes as a concern is because I remember again last month on 28th a fellow employee even had to send her home because she was publicly drinking in one of the back offices during her early shift on a Sunday morning- is this not concerning to management or they just dont care?

I bring a lot of business to the Capital on Bath but the way it is being conducted of late is really disgraceful, is there seriously no manager on duty to pick this up?
