Exceptional professional service

Outstanding service received from this business. I booked my car in for brakes as I had heard a sound on my front brakes which was not normal.I was greeted by Josh in a friendly and professional manner...he was expecting me.he said it would take around 2 hours and offered me a lift if I needed to get somewhere.In 20 or so minutes he advised that they have identified the problem and it was not the brakes....the brakes still had 50% wear and tear.Front and back brakes were checked and since no work was done I was not even charged for labour. You simply do not find this level of service easily these days.My car will be booked in at The Brake Company Strand as soon as the need arises to replace my brakes.Well done to Josh and his team for going the extra mile and delivering outstanding service.
