THE CALEDON HOTEL AND SPA

Our company have used The Caledon Hotel and Spa over the past 7 years and always had excellent service. We had the same this time, 4th and 5th March. However, the hotel needs a bit of an uplift. What I found disappointing was at breakfast, there was no jam, marmalade or anything else. There was an opened bottle of Peanut butter with a s**** in it. Other than that, excellent service from Apiwe Dangatye, ( Barman), Wendy Ambrose, (House keeping), Eloise Louis (Reception), Andrine Kleinschmidt (has been promoted from breakfast duty, good to see) and Stigger (Chef).
