I booked in at caledon the 4th june... I swiped and the receptionist told me it did not go through. They swiped immediately again and then I got an sms showing it was deducted twice. Immediately I called my bank and off I went to the receptionist. She brushed it off even after I put her on a call with my bank who would have reversed it immediately. She said she could not assist and informed me I needed to wait until monday. I went bank saturday because I know they could have picked it up by then again I got brushed off. Sunday the same thing happened. Monday I called and they asked me to complete a form which I emailed immediately as I know the procedure re refunds. By tuesday nothing reflected and wednesday again. Thursday as I typed a complaint I got a call from the lady I emailed the form to and she informed she did not get the form. I sent it again and requested I get a response the moment they get it. Late thursday I still had no response and I called again... she informed me she was at reception all day so she did not check her mails. Mentioned she was walking to her desk opened her email and said she got it but could also make mention of my long complaint email. If shr did not open her email how did she know about the complaint email. I got a call from the manager informing me the refund was processed monday which is a lie as they did not have my forms according to them. She promised the money will reflect today monday again. Still nothing!!! Another complaint and again she called me telling me a different story that nedbank is at fault and that they only released the refund on friday the 11th. She cannot say when my money will reflect. This is both my husband and my birthday month as well as my anniversary today. She did not even empathize at all!!!! I dont have money lying around and I had to cancel plans due to this!!! I have called tsogosun bit clearly not a single person cares. Im sorry to say but had I been an older person of a different race this would never have happened. Disgusting treatment and I plan to expose this group as a whole!!!! On my way home on my anniversary and still no call no sms with money reflecting in my bank. No care over any of my bills or plans for the month. Im utterly disgusted.
