What a terrible hotel

<p>What a filthy, horrible low class hotel. The room was so dirty, no turn down service, the idiots at the front desk had no idea what a turn down service was. On arrival we were made to wait an hour as there was a mess up with our room, I booked a room right by the front and the casino just have it away, when they eventually found us another room, it was the furthest away from the entrance that there is, no apology no trying to make it better. I asked for wake up calls that never came... Horrible experience</p>
