Rude and *********** management

Worst customer service experience ever dealing with casino management. *********** and blatantly rude Management who had no interest in assisting with the matter. Promises made over and over for assistance with an ongoing matter, none of which were kept. Number of lies told about availability and process. Calls never returned even after numerous messages left. Pathetic
