Dissapointed

<p>My folks arrived for the 40th wedding anniversary and they had to wait for nearly 2hours before they could check-in. This is unacceptable as when you tell me check-in is a 14:00 I except it to be and you part of the Tsogo Sun Group so quality service should aim.. When your system is offline surely you should have taken precaution no to let your guest wait.</p> <p> </p>
