Disgusting!!!terrible!!!

Terrible!! We made a booking according to a deal sent to us we booked 2 night and 2 rooms everything was good we confirmed the booking under the special they sent us EFT details and so we made payment. On Sunday we arrived there only to be told that the deal only app**** for 1 room (this was never communicated during the call we made making the booking) right then we were told because you made and eft it is not reflecting on our side and we do not accept proof of payment from the bank as payment the money had to reflect in our account in order for you to stay so after traveling 2 hrs thinking we were going to have a relaxing holiday away we now had to fork out money to stay 1 night even though we have paid as per our pop and after waiting 2 and a half hours to check in we were so exhausted that we just made payment. This is the extremely worst experience I have ever had I would never recommend them and due to their *********** staff we were inconvenienced for their mistakes and no compensation was made. The standard of service is so sad and there is no compassion for traveling customers.
