Worst collage I've ever seen

<p>16 April 2017</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the second review I write of this collage.</p> <p> </p> <p>I started study at The CAD Corporation Academy 27 January 2016. From day 1 I had a lot of problems. I'm a long distance student and I have twice a week online class. The connections are so bad that most of the time I can only hear 15 min of a one hour class, what I like about them, they record the classes and upload it on our student portal for us to download but if we ask any questions on the classes the lecture doesn't answer it or if he does, it sounds like he doesn't know what he's talking about. He also reads out of our hand books but doesn't explain anything. </p> <p>On the student portal we have support ticket for when we have any questions or requests. Most of the time they answers the tickets about 2 weeks TOO LATE!! They also have a support number and email address but doesn't answer any of our calls and yet again they answer our emails too late. I usually ask questions about our exams or assignment but they answer the questions 2 week after the due date.</p> <p>When it’s time to receive the marks for the exams we have to send emails, support tickets, try to phone them but they just doesn't reply and when they reply its usually TOO LATE! I waited for 5 months for 2 of my external exam marks, I received it after a lot of complaints, calls, emails and support tickets. If you failed the exam with 5% or less they gave us the opportunity to have it remark for R150 which is fine, I'm willing to pay it BUT because I've received my marks so late they didn't want remark my exam. I told them that it’s their fault that I've received the marks so late and that its their responsibility to have the exam remark but they still refuse. Now they expecting from me to rewrite the exam and pay R500.</p> <p>Every time I contacted the principle about the problems, he never knows about it and he is always very sorry about it but he doesn't fix it.</p> <p>The 17th and 24th of March I wrote two internal exams at home. One of the exam I didn't do so well because I had some problems with my notebook, it rebooted about 5 times and started to update windows without my permission but the problem is that I didn't have enough time to complete the exam and the border saved to large. I didn't have time to fix the border as well. On the marked exam they send back to me to see where my mistakes are, they wrote "LEGEND!!" on my border because it was too large. The notes they wrote on the marked exam weren't neat so I couldn't read what they wrote. This happened on most of the exams.</p> <p>Please make sure you use another academy to study. Don't use The CAD Corporation academy because they're useless!</p>
