Bad Service

I've emailed them about assessments that should have been marked already a few months ago, but they stopped replying. They also refuse to send memo's for the assessments and exams I wrote. As well as struggling with the remarking of exams since most questions aren't even marked in full. This service is highly unacceptable in comparison with the fees charged. Nor do I receive any assistance from the student support or if I submit a ticket as I have to do since I am a Distant Learning Student.
