Gross overcharge !

Called them out to mount a TV bracket to my wall and to supply the bracket. I was charged R600 call out (They are just around the corner from me in Sydenham Johannesburg)The man i dealt with is Joel,he then wanted to charge me R1200 for the bracket and then brought it down to R1000 so the 15 minute job would cost R1800.00.I thought it was a bit high for the bracket and decided to check up.One store was selling the bracket for R382.00 and Builders Edenvale for R300.00,the exact same bracket ! Unfortunately i was stupid enough to pay cash.I asked them to explain the huge charge for the bracket via e-mail and have been ignored.Will never use them again.
