JVC 55" 4K LED TV Terrible Serivce

<p>I bought a JVC 55" 4K Smart LED TV from The Buyers Club on Facebook (https://web.facebook.com/BuyersClubPretoria/) the TV was delivered and unpacked by Kyle ( ********** 359) on Saturday the 21st of March. on the same day After we connected the TV I Told him that i am not happy with the picture and how the tv is and he advise that i check the settings and adjust them. So i did and gave him a call and informed him. We had a couple of WhatsApp texts and he ended up telling me that my HD Explora decorder is not the lastest technology and that i must also change the HDMI cable to a Higher speed one. So i did and change the Cable and bought a high speed HDMI cable, changed the settings tested multiple videos, i even connected the TV to the internet to test settings but i was still unhappy. </p> <p>I Texted Kyle and also their facebook team to come collect the TV cause i am not happy with it and i have rights as a Consumer to return the product within a few days but they refused to take the TV back.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am very very unhappy with how stupid they made me feel, and that they never even considered to come and have a look at the TV and conclude or suggest i test another TV.</p> <p> </p> <p>please please help me get this resolved, i do not want the TV anymore and i no longer wish to do business with them</p>
