Unhappy about the Lamb

Good day I bought a half a lamb at the Butchers Market at Sanbury square Eersteriver, I Sent them a email to tell them about the meat that is more fat than meat I am very disappointed as they did not even reply on my email, as I did not get it for free I paid for it.
