TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS PAID FOR!

I ordered a TV cabinet with Busy B on her Hello Pretty page. I would like to express my utmost disappointment in the service and ultimate non-fulfillment of my order. After placing (and paying for) my order (and a hefty courier fee) on Busy B's page on Hello Pretty in April I have not received my order. After many excuses (ranging from courier issues to personal issues) it is now almost 2 months later. And now the story is that the order should rather be cancelled and refunded. I would strongly advise AGAINST using this supplier as she is NOT trustworthy, does NOT respond to emails, calls, whatsapps to follow up on her orders. Very disappointing. ?
