The Bulletin Secunda

Good day, I requested a quote from the bulletin News Paper in Secunda for an add that will contain a template that I designed myself. I received the quote told them I would come and see them to make final arrangements next thing they place the add and send me an invoice. Refusing to pay because I never signed anything nor gave permission to put the add they handed me over.

People of Secunda area be careful that you don't get caught like that by them!
