Completely unprofessional and unreliable venue!

If you are ever tempted to make a booking with them DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT. The Bucolic staff are 100% unprofessional in their dealings. The first few days of engaging with them always move swiftly until you’ve finalized your logistics and finally pay a deposit to book their venue. Thereafter the communication becomes terrible. All of a sudden they would literally ignore my WhatsApp messages (I know this because I could see that they were online whenever I would text them). Long story short, I have been requesting a refund for my deposit for over 2 weeks now, and every day is a new story. If you’re looking for a venue, rather invest in a more acclaimed venue that actually has real positive reviews for good service. It’s businesses like this that give small businesses a bad name and reputation!
