Highly disapointing stay

We booked months in advance but was highly disappointed. Our bubble did not have water, we struggled to even flush the toilet. There was no hot water, so we couldn't even shower, we had to be moved up and down to find a room in one of the lodge rooms, on the other side of the property, with a working shower. The Jacuzzi was not working, the water never heated, and we went up there in June, so could not go in with cold water. The Jacuzzi also had a dead frog inside. We reported all of the problems to the owner, Rohan, unfortunately none got fixed, instead, we were booked for lunch at a local restaurant, and we took up on the offer in hope of finding all the problems fixed, only to come back to the same problems. The only good thing there was the staff, they were very friendly, and the food as well was amazing, but sadly, we did not receive the luxury camping experience that was sold. We ended up being stressed out entire weekend, instead of going out to relax and unwind.
