SUCH DISHONESTY...

I was a good customer of the Bub Hub in Riverside Shopping Centre and liked it so much for my baby that I asked for vouchers for Christmas. I used part of the voucher for one workshop (270R workshop, voucher was 1000R) and one day went to book another workshop when I see the shop is gone. No notice to customers, no emails, nothing. I managed to get the contact details of the former owner who clearly did not want to hear from me and the money left on my voucher and ignored me completely. But what is very chocking to me, is that the brand itself and their main store in Broadacres did not assist me and let me complain about my issue without offering to pay or offer me to shop in their store with the equivalent amount. I felt so taken advantage off because the former owner ripped me off the first time I wanted to use the voucher to buy toys etc, telling me the money was safe with her and I should use it at a later stage, I understood why later... After insisting with the main store and office, they keep ignoring me. I wish I did not spend so much money in all their workshops. Such a lack of honesty is really unacceptable and I hugely recommend you look for another place to have fun with your little ones.
