Unprofessional conduct / advice

My daughter and I went to enquire in Melnyn branch about specific service that Brow Bar provide according to their website. They told us that Clear Water definitely provides that service as they don't have capacity. the following day we left from Pretoria to Clear Water branch only to be told they do not have resource to do that and Pretoria branch did not call them to inform them. We have wasted our time and petrol to go there only to be given a problem instead of a solution. staff is not friendly at all but they deal with clients and without clients they do not have this job. Not sure if they thought of this.
